See It Before You Buy It

 There's nothing more frustrating than receiving a personalized gift and discover something wrong.  When you order a personalized engraved photo, memorial plaque, marble diploma, personalized photo album or one of our new engraved picture frames, a Proof image will be E-Mailed to you for your approval before payment is accepted. This ensures that you get the exact layout that you want with no surprises. Once you approve the Proof, you may pay for your item with either a credit card or PayPal with a link that will be provided. Once your payment is received, your personalized gift will be engraved and shipped within 2 business days.

When Do You Charge My Credit Card?

 After you approve your Proof image via E-Mail, you will have the option to pay for your item with either a credit card or PayPal. Exception: Pre-payment with a personal check/money order. In this case, the Proof image will be e-mailed to you for your approval BEFORE you send a check. Once your check/money order is received, your personalized gift will be engraved and shipped within 2 business days.
